PRECITEX has been manufacturing its own spinning metering gear pumps ,spares of existing pumps of a plant and other critical spares for man made fibre units for over 20 years . Manufacturing programme of all parts of pump assembly is supported with latest CAD/CAM technological inputs and follows stringent norms of quality control. PUMPS AND SPARES

The pumps and spares are being manufactured adhering strictly to well defined
fundamental norms as:

Choice of raw material: Specific grades of tool steels have been used for optimal undeformability to last with time even after frequent and prolonged heating operations for cleaning process.

Heat treatment of pump parts is a critical input in manufacturing process. All parts are vacuum hardened and tempered 4 times to achieve desired level of hardness and structure to maintain dimensional stability during operation of pump at elevated temperature.

Care is taken during manufacturing process to achieve defined close tolerances to a level of even less than 5 micron to guarantee perfect functioning even when the pump is over stressed (temperature, viscosity, countepressure).

OTHER SPARES:

Pack bodies (spin pack) and its internals: Material is carefully selected for the application. Suitable CNC machining operations ensure achievement of defined consistent tolerances for long lasting performance.

Pack consumables: Precitex also manufacture components like aluminium rings /gaskets/inlet packing/delta packing /squeeze rings etc of different sizes using different alloys suitable for the applications. Our spares are quite competitive price wise.
